Workplace Community Manager

Due to the continuous expansion of our business, we are looking for new employees in the following position:

Workplace Community Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for the overall Corporate Services delivery, customer experience and client liaison
  • Enhance customer engagement and relationship building
  • Be the key contact point in case any kind of help is needed, engage with service providers to ensure service excellence
  • To ensure effective H&S compliance
  • Maintain company standards
  • Custodian of the Employee Experience
  • Engage with clients in social activities and encourage participation to build a community within the workspace.
  • Orient new hires and visitors / explain the working concept
  • Oversite of amenities provisions
  • On floor community events logistics support
  • General Floor Support
  • Work with relevant departments to resolve outstanding issues. Carry out meeting room, workstation and printer checks throughout the day. Report faults and findings to relevant departments
  • Manage locker assignments
  • Point of escalation and grievances
  • Ensure Health and Safety guidelines and regulations are followed at all times. Raise any concerns immediately
  • Report any accidents and near misses and handle them according to the protocol
  • Improve and Sustain the Change
  • Foster relationship with local leadership
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Monitor workplace behaviors
  • Engage with clients to realign behaviors and set expectations of workplace etiquettes
  • Monitor occupancy and usage of work settings.
  • Work with other Community Managers to ensure global alignment, knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Record lessons learnt in implementing Workplace Evolution

Skills, personal profile

  • Skills:
  • demonstrates strong knowledge of, and ability to deal with user experience
  • outstanding service-minded and proactive approach
  • must have a strong verbal and written communication skill both in Hungarian and English
  • excellent organizational and time management skill
  • ability to work with minimum supervision
  • excellent level of IT literacy – Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Personal profile:
  • ability to demonstrate strong work ethic, unparalleled integrity and confidentiality, accountability
  • 2-3 years’ relevant experience in Facilities Management or hospitality industry
  • demonstrates calmness, initiative and ability to respond to emergency situations
  • sound appreciation of modern business processes and commitment to best practices, innovation and change
  • good approach in problem solving
